It was excellent. I did the 6h Tour from Hanoi and it was amazing. The pick-up was great, the cruise at itself was very nice, also as a vegan person you got a lot of food options. Hien and Tony were very nice and kind tourguides who answerd all questions and cared for you well as well. I can hundret procent recoment it.

I highly recommend this day tour, it has flexibility, a good itinerary, and the guides are excellent and houghtful. They kindly offered amenities, kept passenger checklists for departures, and were never pushy to sell things. Ha Long bay tours are very standardized with many tour boats crowding up the some destinations during peak season, so do be aware of that.
